Unable to Access Open Dental Images Folder Fileshare Error
- Ensure that you have properly entered the correct windows username and password of your Open Dental server inside the ‘Options’ Menu. From your Open Dental server: Click start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts or search for “User Accounts”. Here you will find the account name and you will need the password for that account name.
- Ensure that your “OpenDentImages” folder is explicitly shared. From your Open Dental server: Navigate to your “OpenDentImages” Folder. right click on “OpenDentImages” and go to properties. Make sure that the folder is shared and that “everyone” has full write and write permissions.
