Enlive Setup for Dentrix and ES
Installing Enlive Bridge
- Download the latest build on the clients computer
- Disable UAC (User Account Control)
- Install the Setup.exe file as Admin
- After its installed it will show a license error and this is because the user needs to log in with their Enlive Account. This is made when they install the app on the iPad and open it they are prompted to create or log in to their account.
- To check if the account is valid click on "Check License"
- If Dentrix set the values as shown below,
- If Eaglesoft set the values as shown below,
- After click "Ok"
- Make sure the Enlive Bridge is not hidden in the taskbar and is always visible.
- Set Permissions for the Enlive Install folder
- go to, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Enlive Dental" and add ensure that the folder security permissions by Right-Clicking and selecting Properties
- Next click on the "Security" tab, Click "Edit" and "Add" a new group called, "Everybody" and click "Ok".
- Select "Everybody" and make sure that "Full Control" is selected under permissions.
- Next open the "Enlive Dental" folder and then open the "Enlive Paperless" folder.
- Find a file called "Enlivepaperless.exe" and Right-Click it and click "Properties" .
- Click on the "Compatibility" tab check the "Run this program as an Administrator" Option.
- Do the same to the file called "auto_form_filler.exe" located in the "AutoFormFiller" folder
- Done
Installing Enlive Print to iPad
- Open the "Print Driver" folder.
- Run, "Print Setup x64.msi" for 64 bit computers and "Print Setup x86.msi" for 32 bit computers
- Click next for all prompts til finished
- Done
