Enlive Paperless Web Portal: Getting Started (Practice Web)

1. The portal is accessed through the LOGIN link at the top of the screen at https://www.goenlive.com/ . After logging in, feel free to bookmark this page for easy access later.

2. If you’d like to send forms to a patient, navigate to the Forms & Packets tab on the left side of the screen.

3. Any forms available to be sent will appear on the left side under the FORMS heading, while any packets that have been set up with the forms will appear on the right side under the PACKETS heading.


4. Each form and packet will have a blue envelope icon, which can be used to send forms to a specific patient via text and email. Click one now.

5. Enter your patient’s first and last name, and a cell phone number and/or an email address.

6. Select a date by which you’d like to receive the forms back. Your patient will receive a reminder each day to complete the forms either until this date, or until they’ve completed the forms.

7. You may also change the message that is sent to the patient if you wish by clicking here.

8. Click SEND. Your patient will receive a text and/or email with a link to the form.

9. Once the patient completes their forms, you will receive an email notification about it. You can retrieve the forms by browsing to the Requests tab on the left side of the screen.

10. Download the forms by clicking the File Folder icon to the right of the patient’s name. This will download a file that ends in “.pat”.

11. Open your .pat file, and you will see an Import Window appear. Click to Edit the patient’s Family File in Practice Web, and click Import All. You will see the Enlive Paperless software get to work updating your patient’s information.

12. All done! Finally, you should see a summary of the information that was updated and the forms that were added to your Images folder under "Enlive User Forms".
